Warranty Policy

All VGR products sold through Stylo Store are covered by a free replacement warranty for manufacturing defects during the specified warranty period for each product.

What's Covered

• ✓ Manufacturing defects and components
• ✓ Electronic circuit failures due to manufacturing
• ✓ Charging issues caused by battery defects

What's Not Covered

• ✗ Damage from misuse or improper handling
• ✗ Drops or abnormal water exposure
• ✗ Damage from intensive commercial use
• ✗ Any modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties

How to Activate Warranty

A warranty claim is for manufacturing defects and product replacement. Regular repair and service requests should be submitted via the maintenance page.
